The project comprises of a 9 acre open space adjacent to the southern portion of Sands Central Cotai.

There is an existing landbridge which will be integrated as part of the design as well as key connections from LRT station 19 (under construction) and vistas to the Parisian Hotel and Replica Eiffel Tower which will reach at 160m in height.

We will create a unique and contemporary design to enhance the experience of guests, visitors and local residents through a world-class, sustainable landscape design. Creating a sophisticated design with a distinctive identity inspired by the uniqueness of ‘place’ to differentiate the Venetian brand against other nearby developments; And a high quality and safe environment for guests and visitors, inherently bringing long term value to the investment. With an open space platform to promote civic pride, enhance the sense of belonging and identifiable character areas. Flexible and agile spaces to which can be used during different times of the day and celebrating seasonal and cultural festivities supporting the hotel programme. Whilst also creating a learning resource, celebrating human activity and natural systems which are stimulating to a variety of age groups.
